COVID-19

At Peoples National Bank, the health and well-being of our customers, employees and communities is our top priority! As we continue to monitor COVID-19 updates, we understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing and will provide healthy and efficient ways to serve your banking needs. 
 
We want you to know what we are doing to ensure the safety of our customers and our employees:
 
  • Protective shields have been installed in front of designated area to minimize contact.
  • Floor graphics have been placed for visitors to safely physically distance from one another.
  • Hand sanitizing stations are available.
  • Our employees will wear masks while serving you, will sanitize hands and work stations frequently, and will complete health assessments before reporting to work.
  • The number of people inside our lobbies may be limited at any given time.
  • Bathrooms are closed to the public at this time.
  • Depending on the office layout, you may find a greeter at the door who will be monitoring the number of individuals in the facility or asking that you briefly remove your mask for proper identification. 
 
How you can help us:
  • We strongly recommend you wear a mask to help protect our employees and customers. You will be asked to briefly lower your mask and present an ID so we can identify you and accurately transact your business. If you are uncomfortable with this, please continue using our drive-up service.
  • Use a pen…take a pen! If you need a pen, please ask for one, then take it with you.
  • Use the floor graphics provided to physically distance from one another.
  • Please do not wander into other areas of the office. Staying within our lobby service area will help our employees focus on our customers rather than cleaning other areas of the office.
  • If you feel ill, please do not enter our lobby. We can serve you through our drive-up lanes, our Online Banking and Mobile Banking services, or on the phone.
  • We encourage you to use our drive-thru windows, extensive ATM network and digital banking tools to conduct your banking business while minimizing your exposure to others.

As a customer of Peoples National Bank, you have access to all your accounts and cash without needing to visit a branch through our extensive ATM network plus using our Online and Mobile Banking platforms.
 
Remote access available through Peoples National Bank:
 
Online Banking – manage your accounts online to transfer between internal and external accounts; make loan payments; pay bills; perform stop payments; reorder checks; access e-statements and more.
 
Mobile Banking – manage your accounts via our mobile banking app to make free check deposits; transfer between internal accounts; pay bills; make person to person payments; control your debit card and more.
 
Telephone Banking – access your deposit and loan information; transfer funds and make loan payments all through a landline or mobile phone.
 
ATMs – access cash and make deposits at our many Peoples National Bank ATMs.  In addition, our extensive Money Pass network gives you access to cash at over 30,000 ATMs nationwide.
 
We strongly encourage you to use our digital channels for self-service banking for 24 hours/7 days a week access.  If you currently do not use online or mobile banking, we recommend you enroll today at www.peoplesnationalbank.com or by calling our Contact Center at 877-378-1909.  We would be happy to assist you with any questions that you may have during this time.
